The body just does not work like it used to. No losing weight these day due to everyday factors like time. My workout at the gym hit a snag last week. I did not get the exercise I needed. With the children in school and after school activities, time to workout has suffered. Work has also not helped as well. The biggest problem is still the food intake is greater then the calories expelled. Need to work out consistently which means a change in the schedule some way to make it possible. I am also due at the doctor soon so I best shape up.
