The cold weather is still taking a toll on the weight lose campaign. Of course the gym is heated and indoors so maybe that is not a good excuse for the weight lose or lack there of. How about taking a toll on my golf game … that’s it. I have not been out to the range or course for a while but that will hopefully change soon as the weather warms up.
I have been more consistent in my gym time but not enough to be worth while. Still need to consistently get to the gym 5 days a week. I am currently working on reducing my calorie intake as well. Trying to burn more calories then I take in each day. Not as easy and is sounds, especially with the children and all the activities that includes. I also need to schedule my time at the gym and, I think, the type of workout I do each visit. Getting so I can’t remember the weight and reps I do on each machine.
