I am still holding my own without any further lose. No gain either so that is a good thing. My daily workout has slipped to about three days a week but I have also been hitting the golf course as I mentioned before. I took the game back up in an effort to have funand get some exercise too. I have been slow to start but I am having fun playing the game again. I have also found that it was more exercise then I thought even riding in a golf cart. That may be because I am more out of shape then I expected.
