It has been some time since my last weight loss update but …

I have been busy at work which is good and not good. I have gained and lost weight …. again. Doesn’t seem like much progress but I am at least back to were I was in March. I am attempting to look on the bright side, “again”, in that I did not gain 40 lbs. I basically fell off the (food) wagon in April and May and was not watching my food intake as well as I should. I only gained 7-9lbs total but I also slacked off on my exercise in late May.

Now I am getting back into the swing of the exercise program and attempting to make it a part of my morning routine. I am not doing anything heavy but keeping it steady and consistent. Ride the stationary bike for 30 minutes then lift some light weights for upper body strength. Depending on morning time I will hit the treadmill for a 30 minute walk. I do some light leg weights every other day. Until I get used to the workouts I will keep this up for the next few months.

The best part about needing exercise is that I decided Golf would be another good place to get a fun workout. I am planning on getting back to the links in a few weeks. It has been a while since I played so I am getting some new clubs.
